Captain Joe Cetner "The Conch Raider" U.S.G.C. 100 Ton Master ASA Certified Instructor PADI Diver |
Teaching StyleMy teaching style is probably a bit different then any you have experienced in the past or ever will experience. I don't just teach sailing, we have a 'SAILING ADVENTURE" in which you totally immerse yourself in the "cruising life style", thus enabling you to gain a wealth of experience and practical knowledge in a short period of time. Difficult material is broken down and presented in a manner that is fun and easily absorbed. My total 'hands on' approach enables you to gain the skills and confidence needed to safely navigate to exotic ports and destinations. If your goal is to win your "club races", I'M NOT YOUR GUY! If your dream is to explore sun-kissed islands, deserted beaches, fish and hunt lobster, I'm the one to help achieve these goals. Click on a link that will connect you to an ASA school to book classes with me. Contact me direct for consultations or private instruction on your vessel or mine and would welcome the opportunity to deliver your boat to any destination. Testimonials Captain Joe Cetner is a great sailing instructor and master of
the high seas. He is relentless in his pursuit of providing
knowledge and practical skill building exercises. He is driven
by principles of safety and respect for the seas and his
teaching style reflects this. He has instilled confidence and
brought me to the next level in sailing large boats.
Sailing the Florida Keys with Capt. Joe was lot of fun while becoming ASA certified for 101, 103 & 104!! -Mike Ferrari Cincinnati, Ohio I think the thing he excels at is making hard work FUN. I loved
the experience and a huge part of that was Joe's teaching style.
I got to see beautiful places, enjoy great company and food, and all the while learned a TON about sailing a big boat. I feel completely confident that I could charter a sailing yacht and manage the boat safely with my family on board. Mission accomplished! Ken Mc Guire. Ohio |
